Our team brings over 75+ years of combined experience in delivering customizable inventory appraisals and valuations tailored to our clients’ unique needs. Robert Callaway has significant experience with over 25 years in corporate finance for both domestic and international corporations, ranging from Fortune 50 companies to small entrepreneurial concerns. He has extensive valuation and transaction qualifications having worked on subordinate debt issuances and secondary equity issuances.
Robert has broad exploration, production and oilfield services qualifications and has substantial exposure to various basins in conventional and unconventional plays as well as significant experience around drilling, well service, pressure pumping, wireline and well logging, seismic equipment, and compression, to name a few. He has worked for, and has strong relationships with, traditional asset-based lenders, debt funds, private equity, investment bankers, company CFOs, as well as restructuring firms.
Before joining Range, Robert was National Practice Leader of Oil and Gas at Great American Group for six years, during which he had oversight of the valuation of several billion dollars of OFS equipment in some of the most significant transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions to bankruptcy prepackages. Previous to that he provided financial oversight for a privately-held working interest investor in drilling projects in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado and North Dakota.
Robert studied Business Administration, earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Willis Choate has been involved in the appraisal business for over 29 years working on both domestic and international projects.
For the past decade he has been heavily concentrated on the oil and gas industry and has appraised drilling rigs, hydraulic fracturing assets, well enhancement and remediation equipment, coil tubing assets, water management and transfer, flowback and testing, wireline, gas compression, fishing and rental tools, and numerous other asset types tied to the industry.
Willis previously worked for Great American Group for six years and led the Oil and Gas Appraisal division as Managing Senior Appraiser. He was responsible for overseeing and reviewing the division’s appraisals, valuation research and development. During this time the division was involved in the appraisal of hundreds of thousands of assets owned by the top names in the industry. During the last downturn this division performed appraisals that were utilized in a significant number of the mergers and restructurings that transpired.
He has a broad range of professional experience working on valuations utilized for a variety of applications including asset-based lending for traditional lenders and debt funds, mergers and acquisitions, private equity sponsors, tax appeal valuations, purchase price allocation, asset verification, insurance and asset management, and estate planning.
During his nearly three decades in the appraisal business, he has also worked in a variety of other industries including, but not limited to, metals manufacturing and processing, construction equipment, mining, chemical production and refineries, and transportation.
Prior to Great American, Willis worked for Asset Valuation Source (AVS) where he was involved in appraising oil and gas assets as well as more general industrial assets. This appraisal group was heavily focused on tax appeal valuations and appraisals used for traditional lending.
He also worked for MB Valuation Services for 15 years and ended there as a Vice President and Senior Appraiser. During this period he performed appraisals of machinery and equipment and real property. Duties included both appraisal and appraisal review.

Austin Hinson, is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Range Valuation Services, LLC. He has been living in West Texas and working in and around the oilfield for over 15 years.
Austin previously worked for Great American Group for over three years in the Oil and Gas Appraisal division. He produced appraisal reports over multiple asset groupings including but not limited to, drilling rigs, drilling equipment, coiled tubing, frac stack / flowback, pressure pumping, well service, construction, fishing and rental, and fluid management with detailed valuations. Austin led numerous oil and gas appraisal projects dealing with mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, strategic review, and bankruptcy.
Prior to Great American, Austin spent nine years with Key Energy Services where he was the Asset Manager for the Permian Basin, Rocky Mountains, Northeast and West Coast. While there, he was responsible for selling millions of dollars worth of assets through private treaty sales and auctions. During this time, he developed long-term relationships with Kruse Energy, Cannon Sales, Permian International Auctioneers, Machinery Auctioneers, Iron Planet, and Ritchie Brothers.
He remains connected with multiple auction companies that specialize in the sale of oilfield assets. These relationships provide valuable market insight allowing Range to be regularly informed of asset sales which are a vital component of a credible market comparison approach. This data combined with his overall knowledge of the market allows him to accurately make value determinations based on market information and to have a constant read on an oftentimes dynamic sector.

Jeremy Beckwith is currently a Vice President at Range Valuation Services, LLC.
Jeremy has been involved in the valuation and appraisal industry for over 10 years completing projects both domestically and internationally.
He previously worked for B. Riley Advisory Services (fka. Great American Group) for seven years and led the oil and gas vertical for the industrial appraisal practice. His time at B. Riley was heavily concentrated on the oil and gas industry as he was responsible for managing and/or reviewing all oil and gas inventory appraisals, valuation research, and development. Oil and gas appraisals included work on production equipment manufacturers, OCTG mills and distributors, a multitude of oilfield service providers, proppant suppliers, completion and production chemical companies, and manufacturers of a variety of oil and gas related assets.
During his decade in the appraisal business, he has worked in a variety of other industries including metals, automotive, building products, construction equipment, military and government, material handling, and chemical and plastic processors and distributors.
Prior to B. Riley, Jeremy worked for American Appraisal (acquired by Duff and Phelps), where he was involved in fixed asset and building appraisals. This appraisal group was heavily focused on reproduction new valuations utilized in insurance coverage.
Jeremy attended Texas Tech University in his hometown, Lubbock, Texas. He earned Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Management as well as a Master of Science degree in Finance. Rhonda Lusk brings over 20 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting.
Before joining Range, she was the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at OFS Energy Fund, LLC (OFS), an investment management company, for nearly thirteen years. Her responsibilities included optimizing productivity in day-to-day operations across various busy environments. Rhonda was a member of YPOEA (Young Presidents Organization Executive Assistants). Prior to OFS, Rhonda held the position as Office Manager at Antares Offshore, LLC and Cost Controller at Mentor Subsea, a subsidiary of McDermott International.
Rhonda holds several certifications in office administration and continues to enhance her skills through continuing education.
